How it all started...

 

It was all a dream I used to read word up magazine salt and pepper and Heavy D up in the limousine.....

 

Then we bought a food truck in 2011 learned this bizz and transformed it in to a filipino sandwich truck.  With all the hard work, blood, sweat, and tears we've added so much more to the menu at our restaurant in Kent, Wa.  Thankfully we have found much purpose in what we do by serving our team and community with the all that we have obtained over the years.  There aint no stoppin now!  Lets Goooooo!

Her sandwiches were the initial inspiration for the food truck that then led to the restaurant. From the business decisions, to the operations of the restaurant, she ensures the restaurant is always running smoothly.
